I am a former four-term elected prosecutor for the City of St. Louis. I now provide consulting services to prosecutors on issues such as policy development, process managment, leadership and communications -- both internal and external. I work with the Prosecutors' Center for Excellence, and am a co-owner of Vera Causa Group Consulting, LLC, a woman-owned business.
INTREPID FHC provides comprehensive medico-forensic analysis and case strategies to criminal prosecutors and defense attorneys to enhance cases that involve bodily injury or medical issues. Additional services include education and training programs related to medical and forensic issues related to sexual assault, abuse/neglect, physical assault, and other medico-legal topics related to the investigation and prosecution of crime and care for victims and suspects of criminal acts.

Safe & Sound has been dedicated to improving safety in Milwaukee neighborhoods challenged with high crime since 1998. We build collective efficacy – the sense of community and informal social controls that research has shown is necessary to reducing crime. Safe & Sound helps build collective efficacy through a combination of 1) community organizing, 2) youth development, and 3) partnerships with law enforcement.
A female led, hard-working consulting firm based in metropolitan Washington, D.C. dedicated to improving opportunities for America's most vulnerable communities, families, and children through evidence-based capacity building techniques. Established in 2010, the Opportunity Institute hits the ground running with a direct approach to finding proven solutions to societies most protracted challenges such community violence, poverty, poor educational options, etc. Large scale solutions, strategic planning and project managing are offered to clients.

Prosecutors’ Center for Excellence works with prosecutors to improve the criminal justice system and to address emerging issues. PCE develops and supports statewide Best Practices Committees for prosecutors. These non-partisan committees, which consist of prosecutors from all regions of a state, provide a process for prosecutors to proactively address the issues of the day and to strive to improve the criminal justice system. PCE provides technical assistance, training, materials, expert advice, and research on policy issues relevant to the work of prosecutors.
The LEAD National Support Bureau is a project of the Public Defender Association (PDA) in Seattle, WA (www.defender.org), and the Katal Center for Health, Equity & Justice in New York, NY (www.katalcenter.org), to provide support and technical assistance to jurisdictions around the nation which are planning and implementing LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) programs.
Rebecca Murdock is the Assistant Director for the Criminal Justice Center for Innovation at Fox Valley Technical College where she provides operational management for the Center’s projects and programs. Ms. Murdock develops and coordinates programs relating to leadership, software applications, grant writing, community planning, and faculty development.
