Paper Crane Funding Solutions provides fund development services for municipalities, community organizations and philanthropies, especially when their work intersects and they're working collaboratively. Having successfully worked with community partners to develop and write the successful BCJI application and Implementation Plan for the Flint, Michigan University Avenue Corridor BCJI site, we have continued to engage with BJA and BCJI grantees to develop public safety strategies and applications to fund these initiatives.
